These terms apply to consumer orders placed on maxipower.uk. The seller is Rafał Wojtkowski trading as MAXI POWER, a sole trader. Read the product description, quantity, ingredients, allergens and directions before you order. Check your basket and delivery details before submitting payment. Prices are in pounds sterling. The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you place your order. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Please keep your order confirmation.
We deliver within the UK. Standard delivery costs £2.50 for orders under £25 and is free for orders of £25 or more. Unless you agree a different date with us, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days. Contact us if your parcel is late or missing. We remain responsible for the goods until you or someone you nominate receives them, except where you independently choose a carrier we did not offer.
You can normally cancel by telling us within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period runs from the last delivery. An email clearly stating your decision is enough. You do not need to give a reason. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind. A sealed item unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons is excluded once its seal is broken after delivery.
For a full cancellation we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery. We may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. See our Refund & Returns Policy for refund times and return arrangements.

Goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for their purpose. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order details. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to reject it for a refund, a replacement or another remedy. The hygiene exception for change-of-mind returns does not restrict these rights. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty goods.
Write to shop@maxipower.uk with the issue and the outcome you would like. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or excludes liability where the law does not allow it. Changes to these terms apply to future orders.
