When you shop or contact us

We use the name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, items ordered and payment status you supply to take steps you request before a purchase, perform our contract, arrange fulfilment and handle returns. Without the information required for delivery and payment we cannot complete the order. Order and transaction records also help us meet tax and accounting obligations. We use enquiries and correspondence to answer you and resolve problems. Please avoid including medical information in routine messages.

Who receives order information?

Our fulfilment partner and delivery providers need the recipient details and items necessary to deliver an order. Payment services process the details needed for the payment method you select. Hosting, email and shop software providers support the operation of the store. We may share relevant records with professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet a legal obligation or deal with a claim.

Security, measurement and retention

We have a legitimate interest in protecting accounts, investigating abuse and securing the store. This can involve IP addresses, device details, access times and security logs. We keep order records for applicable accounting requirements and retain correspondence while an enquiry or related claim is open. See our Cookie Policy for browser storage. WooCommerce powers our basket and checkout. Specialist Supplements fulfils orders on our behalf. Our site also uses Jetpack services from Automattic. Visit Automattic’s privacy notice for its processing locations and international transfer arrangements. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your data.
