At MAXI POWER, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or report a problem with your order, please contact us before sending anything back.
Under UK consumer law, you generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact MAXI POWER within 14 days of delivery and clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your order.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return once unsealed cannot be returned under the change-of-mind cancellation right if their protective seal has been broken after delivery.
This may include food supplements and other hygiene-sensitive products supplied with appropriate protective seals.
This restriction does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Include your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your request.
We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
For change-of-mind returns, products should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. A deduction may be made for any loss in value caused by excessive handling, where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation, provided this was disclosed before purchase.
Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, MAXI POWER will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, including reasonable return costs where applicable.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the applicable purchase price and standard delivery charge, where required by law.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
For cancelled orders that have not yet been dispatched, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for photographs and your order details to help resolve the issue promptly.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
